Obviously alot of Steves patents were highly sucessfull, but i would also assume that a good 2/3rds of them are useless or obsoleted, and never made it into the market. I hold about 14 patents at the moment, and only three of them are actually in production and used in any sort of market. My point is, the high number of patents doesn’t nessesaraly show the brilliance of design intelect of an individual, as much as it shows their ability to understand that all ideas could potentially make money.

I’m interested in your driver for the GL T2/T2e. I’d like to use my nw8000 laptop with an external 1680×1050 Dell monitor, but neither the installed nor the drivers available at the HP site support this resolution. Yet the installed driver works at both lower and higher resolutions. I don’t need to use Vista (happy with XP), so your driver might work. Would it be possible to obtain that driver from you, or a pointer to a download site?

SmartPeak WLM offers far more configurability than WSRM allowing you to configure resource allocation to either users or applications on an individual basis offering far more granularity in the management of your computing resource. In addition there are a number of event based rules in the product allowing you to change the resource allocation dependent upon whether the application is in the foreground/background/minimized or the desktop itself is locked or unlocked, enabling resource to directed to relevant tasks dependent upon the system state. And lots, lots, more.
Finally it offers the ability to manage a set of servers from a single point using a deployment tool to push out configurations without having to visit each server individually.

I rolled back the driver to the previous version and all seems to be OK.

Clearly there’s a problem with the FireGL driver, Vista and multiple monitors.
